If you don't have a membership at a local Gym you can still do most of Ryno Power Gym workouts with the following products! These items call all be purchased at Walmart.com or similar locations for as low as $60.

  • Swiss Ball

  • Bosu Ball

  • Kettle Bells

  • Medicine Ball

  • Rope Ladder or Tape to Mark Floor

  • Tennis Ball

  • Box or Bench for Step-Ups

  • Broom Stick

Very Important

Select 4-8 of the following movements and combine them to make your own "Complete Workout". Do these movements 2-4 times each in rotation for 30-40 min at high intensity. Be creative and have fun.
